Remembering The Lost......

It's weird to think that it has been 5 years since the horrific 9/11 attacks. Thousands of innocent people lost their lives that day. Firefighters and workers worked their asses off to save as many people as they could. I was watching a documentary on CBS last night called 9/11 and it sent chills down my spine. The documentary was originally about a New York firehouse, but when the attacks occured during the filming, the films focus switched to the firefighters and how they helped endlessly on 9/11. Footage was shown of the firefighters inside the first tower just seconds before it collapsed. They luckily made it out in time. Not all were so lucky. Hundreds of firefighters and police were killed trying to help others. I would like to dedicate this post to all of those who were killed trying to help other people that day and may their spirit live on forever!
